Real food, real weight loss! This is our low calorie meal plan. We provide you with breakfast, lunch and dinner, totalling around 1100 calories per day. After you’ve got started on this plan, we can lower the calories even further if you wish, by providing you with fruit breakfasts, soups and salads only for lunch or by cutting down on carbs in your dinner.

Love the way you feel! This is the meal plan normally chosen by our long-term clients, as it either provides them with all the food they need for the day. We provide you with around 1500 calories per day and allow you the opportunity to tailor your plan if you’re vegetarian, vegan or gluten-free. You can also tell us about any ingredients you don’t like.

The Rainbow Diet is a meal plan for people concerned about their long-term health and the desire to beat the so-called 'diseases of civilisation', such as heart disease, diabetes and cancer. Based on the research of cancer expert and friend of Nutrichef, Chris Woollams, the meal plan provides healthy sources of protein and a wide variety of antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables.
